📦 Shipping Policy

• All products on Puffletail are digital downloads—no physical items will be shipped.

• Once your payment is processed, you will receive instant access to your files.

• A download link will be provided at checkout and sent to your email (please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it).

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Since our products are digital files available for immediate download, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

• Please ensure you review the product description, compatibility, and previews before purchasing.

Exceptions:

• If you experience any technical issues with the files (corrupted or missing downloads), please contact us at puffletail@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

• We will replace or re-send files if there is an issue with your download, but we do not offer refunds for accidental purchases or dissatisfaction after downloading.

 

📩 Accessing Your Files

• You can log into your account at any time to access and download your purchased files again.

• We highly recommend backing up your downloads after purchasing for easy access.
